Glitchy,freezes,buggy horrible

Played the game for a few hours in sandbox mode building my own town started having problems with my trucks freezing and not moving causing my other vehicles not to move making the trash in the houses overload and citizens going unhappy and my factorys not running making me no money I WOULD LIKE A REFUND!!!!cause I dont pay for crap!!!! Thought the was going to be a good game thats why I bought it turns out to be nothing but garbage dont waste your time!!!!
